By using Instant Alias, you will have instantaneous access to your Control Panel and the Web Design tools, however, your website will not be able to be seen on the Internet for 24 hours.

What happens when my 9 month or 1 year hosting plan runs out? Do you bill me?

Yes. You will be billed automatically for your renewal. If you do not wish to renew at that time, you will need to contact TWHSI.

We will transfer your existing website to our hosting site for no additional charge, however the flat rate of your selected package will still apply.

If I choose the standard plan, and I need more web space, is there additional costs?

The cost for additional web-space is $.50 per Meg per month. In most cases it would be more feasible to upgrade to the next available package.

No. The amount for each plan is a flat rate based on a plan you sign up for and is not refundable

If I decide that half way through my contract that I want my hosting company to be switched, do I have to pay any fees?

You own your site, and your domain name, there are no penalties or strings for switching. The only costs that may be incurred are the costs generated from the hosting company that you are switching to.
